All children up to the age of 10 don’t pay a ticket. Otherwise, each participant over the age of 10 must be provided with a ticket. In all cases, all minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
To access the event, simply show the QR code of your ticket at the entrance to the Festival.

Of course! You can find on our map the Lost & Found point. At the end of every day the found objects will be secured in our production offices. We'll make them available the day after in the lost & found station to be claimed from their owners.
Inside the Festival, you can pay directly with your cards or via smartphone, just as you would anywhere else. Cash is not accepted.
